LoveWorld Expo uses only the cookies the site needs to work: to sign you in and keep you signed in. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to accept or decline.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Sites can also save information in your browser's storage. Both let a site remember things between pages and visits.
The cookies we use
All of them are set by this site, are needed for signing in, and can't be read by the page's scripts. You don't need to agree to them, because the site can't sign you in without them.
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| lwx_access | Keeps you signed in. | 1 hour |
| lwx_refresh | Renews your sign-in, so you stay signed in on this device. | 90 days, or until you sign out |
| lwx_kc_pending | Finishes signing you in after you come back from KingsChat. | 5 minutes |
| lwx_admin | Keeps the Expo team signed in to the admin area. Never set for visitors. | 8 hours |
What we save in your browser
These stay in your browser and are only sent to us when signing you in needs them. None of them track you.
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| lwexpo-a11y | Your accessibility choices: text size, contrast and the rest. | Until you reset them |
| lwexpo-cookie-notice | That you have seen the cookie notice, so it doesn't show again. | Until you clear your browser |
| lwx.deviceId | A random ID for this device, so you can sign out of one device without affecting others. | Until you clear your browser |
| lwx.returnTo | The page to bring you back to after signing in. | Removed once you're back |
| lwx.smartmeet.draft | A meeting you were booking when you went to sign in, so you can finish it. | Removed once you're back |
| lwx.advertise.draft | An advertising booking you were filling in when you went to sign in. | Removed once you're back |
Other sites
We set no third-party cookies. When you sign in, you go to KingsChat's own sign-in page, which uses KingsChat's cookies under its own policy. The SmartMeet page's banner photo loads from Unsplash, and the trailer from our video host. The Privacy Policy explains what they receive.
Managing cookies
You can see and delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block this site's cookies, you can still browse it, but you won't be able to sign in, book meetings or see My Expo. Clearing the site's data also resets your accessibility choices.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie that isn't strictly needed, such as for analytics, we'll list it here and ask for your consent before setting it.
