Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

This policy explains what LoveWorld Expo 2026 collects about you, why, who sees it and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the Expo. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we are

LoveWorld Expo (“we”, “us”) organises LoveWorld Expo 2026, held 09—15 November 2026 at LoveWorld Campground, Asese, Ogun State, Nigeria. We decide how your information is used on this website and at the Expo. You can reach us on KingsChat at @loveworldexpo.

What we collect

When you sign in with KingsChat

You sign in with your KingsChat account; we never see your KingsChat password. KingsChat shares your KingsChat ID, username, name and profile picture with us, and the email address and phone number on your KingsChat profile if it holds them. We refresh your name, username and picture each time you sign in.

What you give us

  • Your profile: your title, first and last name, email, phone, country, zone and church, which we ask for once you first sign in (your name starts from KingsChat's), and your organisation and role in My Expo if you add them.
  • Passes: the pass and days you choose, with your profile (title, name, email, phone, country, zone and church) as the ticket holder, how you paid (your Espees username, or your Espees card's last four digits), and your payment's reference and outcome from Espees. You buy a pass signed in. Registrations made before passes went on sale online also kept the organisation, role and interests given.
  • SmartMeet meetings: the exhibitor you book, the time, your topic and any notes, and any changes or cancellations, with the reason given.
  • Advertising bookings: the placement, wording and artwork you send.
  • Messages you send us on KingsChat, such as sponsorship enquiries, and anything you include in them.

What the site records itself

To keep you signed in, we store a random ID for your device and the name of your browser, so you can stay signed in and sign out of one device without affecting others. We don't store your IP address with your account. Like most websites, the servers that host the site may keep short technical logs for security.

How we use it

  • To run your account and My Expo.
  • To sell you your pass: to take your payment through Espees, check it was paid, issue your ticket on KingsPass and confirm it to you.
  • To arrange SmartMeet meetings and tell you and the exhibitor when a meeting is booked, moved or cancelled.
  • To review advertising bookings and reply to you.
  • To keep the site and your account secure.
  • To plan the Expo, for example by counting passes and meetings.

We use your information because you asked us for something (a pass or a meeting), because we have a legitimate interest in running a safe and well-organised event, or because the law requires it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Messages on KingsChat

When you first sign in, we send you a welcome message on KingsChat from the LoveWorld Expo account. We also message you when your pass is confirmed, and you and the exhibitor's team when a SmartMeet meeting is booked, moved or cancelled. These messages are about your account, your pass and your meetings, not marketing. We keep a record of the messages we send.

Who sees your information

  • The Expo team, to run registrations and meetings.
  • Exhibitors you book a meeting with: your name, KingsChat username and picture, email, organisation, topic and notes.
  • Your exhibitor team, if you are on one: your name, username, picture and email.
  • KingsChat, which handles your sign-in and delivers our messages under its own privacy policy.
  • Espees, which takes your payment for a pass under its own terms. To make the payment we pass it your Espees username or card number, your PIN and the amount. We keep your username, or your card's last four digits, with your pass; we never keep your PIN or your full card number.
  • KingsPass, which issues your ticket: your title, name, email, phone, country, zone and church, and the ticket for each day of your pass.
  • Google, only if you allow analytics: details of your visits to this site (see Analytics below), under Google's own privacy policy.
  • The companies that host our website and database, only to provide that service to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it. We don't sell it or share it with advertisers.

Analytics, only if you allow it

If you choose Allow analytics in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: the pages visited, how people arrive, how long they stay, their device and browser, and roughly where they are (their country or city). Google receives your IP address to provide this and sets the cookies listed in the Cookies Policy; it may process this information outside Nigeria. We use the reports to improve the site, never to identify you, and we don't use Google's advertising features.

If you choose Essential only, Google Analytics doesn't load and none of this happens. You can change your choice at any time on the Cookies Policy page.

Other services your browser contacts

The SmartMeet page's banner photo loads from Unsplash, the trailer loads from our video host when you press play, profile pictures load from KingsChat, and exhibitor logos load from wherever each exhibitor keeps them. As with any website, these services receive your IP address and browser details when your browser fetches the file. Apart from Google Analytics, and only if you allow it, we use no analytics, tracking or advertising services.

Cookies and your browser

We use the cookies the site needs to sign you in, Google Analytics' cookies only if you allow them, and we save a few settings in your browser, such as your accessibility choices and your cookie choice. The Cookies Policy lists every one.

How long we keep it

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. We keep passes, meetings and bookings for as long as we need them to run LoveWorld Expo 2026 and follow up afterwards. Then we delete them, or keep only totals that no longer identify anyone.

How we protect it

Your sign-in is held in secure cookies that the page's scripts can't read, and we store only scrambled (hashed) copies of long-lived sign-in tokens. Only the Expo team can see registrations, and the admin area needs a separate sign-in.

Your rights

Under Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023, and similar laws where you live, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the information we hold about you;
  • correct it (you can change most of your profile yourself in My Expo);
  • delete it;
  • stop or limit using it, or send it to you in a form you can take elsewhere.

Message @loveworldexpo on KingsChat and we will reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or to the data protection authority where you live.

Deleting your account

Message @loveworldexpo on KingsChat from the account you sign in with, and we'll delete it with its passes, meetings and messages. Any meetings you had booked are cancelled and the exhibitors' slots open up again. You can also ask us to delete a pass you registered without signing in. Signing out removes your sign-in from that device.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell you on the site or on KingsChat.

Questions? Message @loveworldexpo on KingsChat.
